Terms of Service

By accessing or using SocioRank, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies referenced here. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use SocioRank.

These terms apply to every visitor, account holder, and customer who uses SocioRank's free or paid social influence ranking tools.

SocioRank analyzes Facebook contacts authorized through Facebook OAuth and ranks them by a social influence score from 0–100. The score is an informational estimate generated from available network and profile signals.

SocioRank is available in three tiers:

• Free — limited preview access where available.
• Basic ($1.00) — ranked Facebook contacts.
• Premium ($4.99) — full influence breakdown and top-contact highlights.

You must be at least 13 years old and reside in the United States to use SocioRank. By using the service, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

SocioRank uses Facebook OAuth to let you connect your Facebook account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Facebook account, checkout email, devices, and any browser sessions used to access SocioRank.

SocioRank only accesses data that you authorize through Facebook's permission flow. We do not ask for your Facebook password, and we do not post to Facebook on your behalf.

You agree not to misuse SocioRank or help anyone else misuse it. Prohibited uses include:

• Scraping, bulk exporting, or harvesting data from SocioRank or Facebook.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to copy SocioRank's ranking systems.
• Spamming, phishing, impersonating others, or submitting fraudulent payment claims.
• Using influence scores or ranking results to harass, intimidate, shame, or target others.
• Using SocioRank in any way that violates Facebook's Terms of Service or platform rules.

Payments are processed by Stripe. The Basic tier is $1.00, and the Premium tier is $4.99. These purchases provide access to digital ranking features for the selected tier.

Because SocioRank sells digital access that is granted after checkout, payments are non-refundable once access is granted. Prices may change with notice, but price changes do not affect purchases already completed.

SocioRank's code, brand, visual identity, product experience, ranking algorithm, and related technology are proprietary to SocioRank and its operators. These terms do not give you ownership rights in SocioRank.

You retain ownership of your own data. You grant SocioRank a limited right to process the data you authorize solely to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

SocioRank's data practices are described in our Privacy Policy. By using SocioRank, you also agree to the privacy practices described there.

Authorized data is encrypted where appropriate and retained for up to 90 days unless deleted earlier. You can request deletion of your data at any time through our Data Deletion page.

SocioRank is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Influence scores are informational estimates, not guarantees of reputation, reach, popularity, financial value, or personal importance.

SocioRank is not liable for decisions you make based on influence scores or ranking results. SocioRank is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or Facebook.

SocioRank may suspend or terminate access for accounts or users that violate these terms, create security risk, abuse payment flows, or misuse ranking results.

You may stop using SocioRank or delete your account and associated data at any time by visiting the Data Deletion page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

SocioRank may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date on this page and provide notice where appropriate.

Your continued use of SocioRank after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
